Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: The customer didn’t know how or why his door came out of its tracks. The tracks were not loose, and none of the rollers came off. For now, he just needed it put back in place. The mysteries could be solved later.
Our Solution: The mystery of Mr. Sosuto’s door stopped being mysterious almost as soon as we looked at it. One of the bottom rollers was loose and must have slid out of its track without the customer noticing until others followed suit. After we removed the door and tightened the roller back in place, we reinstalled it for testing. Success!
New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: The customer’s previous garage door has seen much better days and it was time to get a new one.
Our Solution: The customer was deliberating between a faux wood steel reinforced door from Clopay and an aluminum model from Sears. He ended up choosing the former due to the enhanced durability and low maintenance elegance. Needless to say, our team proceeded to install his new door and test it for functionality and safety.
Customer Issue: Broken extension spring.
Our Solution: This customer had previously installed springs intended for a much smaller (and lighter) garage door, so one of them broke. We installed the correct pair, lubricated the moving components and then tested the system to make certain it was safe to use.
Customer Issue: Worn-out gear.
Our Solution: One of the opener gears had gotten so worn-out it was practically useless. The door would have failed to open the next morning and this customer would've been stuck. We replaced the worn-out gear and tested the system to make sure everything else was working.
Customer Issue: Misaligned safety sensors.
Our Solution: This customer's opener sensors had gotten completely misaligned. We carefully set them back into proper position and tested the system several times to make sure everything was working correctly.
Customer Issue: Broken chain-drive opener.
Our Solution: We replaced this customer's old noisy opener with a new silent Belt-Drive model by Chamberlain. Now his door opens and closes much more smoothly.
