The mystery of Mr. Sosuto’s door stopped being mysterious almost as soon as we looked at it. One of the bottom rollers was loose and must have slid out of its track without the customer noticing until others followed suit. After we removed the door and tightened the roller back in place, we reinstalled it for testing. Success!
